Fishing Canada with guide service is available for all our guests. Their guiding and outdoor skills are top notch, their courtesy and friendliness is unsurpassed while fishing Canada. Their knowledge of fishing these Canadian lakes will compliment your trip aand make your fishing trip a complete success. When cooking your shore lunch, you'll praise their talent for weeks to come.

At Canada North Lodge our Canadian fishing packages offer the following options to enhance your Ontario fishing trip.

• Plan 1 with fishing guide service included.

• Plan 2 without guiding service.

• Plan 1 & 2 can be mixed and matched for partial guiding service. Example, 4 person party, utilizing 2 boat 2 motors and one guide. Two persons on Plan 1, two persons on Plan 2.

• Partial guiding service is also available on a daily rate per guide needed.

90% of our American Plan Canadian fishing packages are sold including a guide. Many ask why? The answer is simple. Our guiding staff is highly respected and are requested for many reasons.

• They come highly complimented as being very friendly and polite.
• They are well trained and good fishermen themselves.
• They are professional & skilled in handling a boat and motor, even in the worst of weather conditions.
• The guides know our 30 miles of interconnecting lakes well.
• Our guiding staff are housed at CNL for the entire summer, they know where the fish are being caught, what the favorite baits are, what kind of structure to fish, & how deep to fish.
• They prepare a delicious shore lunch that our guests look forward to each day, and is often referred to as the highlight of the trip. Your freshly caught fish are filleted and then placed in a special fish batter and cooked over a crackling wood fire and served with all the trimmings of fried potatoes & onions, plenty of pork and beans, at times - onion rings, bread and butter.
• Each evening they fillet, package, and freeze your days catch.
• They know the lakes and the structure. In Canadian lakes, rocks and reefs appear out of nowhere. The biggest fear for most fisherman is that of hitting a reef with his boat and motor. Using their knowledge you can kick back and relax.
• They know where our portage lakes are located, where the hot spots are and how to fish the lake.
• They know what to do in an emergency situation.
• They clean and prepare the boat for each day of fishing.
