"Welcome to our 2007 (Bus) Fishing Trips to Ontario"

This is our opportunity to welcome you aboard our modern motor-coach for a Canadian fishing trip to Canada North Lodge. We have made every effort to make these trips unique and the ultimate in fishing trips. We offer excellent fishing, the finest in accommodations, a good selection of dates, and the best of service.

Our fully modern motor-coach will pick up  guests from any communities along the route  to Canada North Lodge. You drive to a point on our established route and we will pull off and pick you up at a determined agreed upon location. However we desire to cut our stops to a minimum for the comfort of our guests and travel time.

General Information:

  • Trips are on a Saturday thru Saturday basis.
  • Depart home early Saturday, overnight at a motel on Sat. night, arrive at lodge on Sun. afternoon.
  • Your fishing days are Mon., Tues., Wed., & Thurs.
  • You will depart the lodge on Fri. morning, arriving home on Sat. morning.
  • Motel layover both ways is included in rate.
  • Actual time at lodge is for 4 full days of fishing and 5 nights.
  • Meals while traveling on bus are not included in price.
  • GST & PST taxes are not included in price.
  • Live bait not included, charged as used.

  • Deluxe meals (breakfast - dinner) served family style in our new lodge, and a noon shore lunch of fresh filets fried over a crackling wood fire.
  • Portage & daily fly-in fishing trips available.
  • Boats - 16 ft, w/ swivel bass boat seats, depth finders, nets, cushions, minnow buckets.
  • Motors - New 2005 Mercury Outboard Motors
  • Gasoline (no limit) included.
  • Guide Service - (one guide per two persons) 
  • Fish filleting service & cabin daily maid service.
  • Game room, movies and full use of facilities.
  • Minnows - Not Included

Special Children Rates  - 17 years of age or less - 2 full fare adults required.

  • 25% discount - maximum 3 additional children - includes extra guide, boat and motor, gas etc.

  • 35% discount - If child is 3rd person in party and 3rd person to boat, and share motel accommodation in same room as adults.

 

Bus Information:

  • Modern late model 45-55 motorcoach

  • 2 Certified Professional bus drivers on each trip

  • Onboard bathrooms

  • Equipped with VCR, TV's and Stereo

  • Comfortable seating - Frequent stops and breaks are needed

  • Trip originates at Kincaid Tours - Oklahoma City, OK.

Trip Route Cities, Pickup Points and Dates: 

Designated route is:  I-44 from Oklahoma City to Joplin, MO - US71 from Joplin to Kansas City, I-35 to US53 north of  Minneapolis, US 53 to International Falls.  Serving Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Kansas City, Des Moines, Minneapolis and locations on the designated route. We will pick up anywhere on this route but reserve the right to keep the pickup points to a minimum. If there is pickup point within 50 miles we may ask you to meet at that location.

 Dates - 

  • June 2nd thru June 9th, 2007

  • July 7th thru July 14th, 2007

  • July 28th thru August 4th, 2007

Pickup Point and Time: It is our policy to announce the pickup points and time of pickup a couple weeks prior to departure. We have found this policy best to avoid confusion with changed times and pickup points. We will contact you either by phone, fax or e-mail or you can give us a call no earlier than 2 weeks prior to trip date.

Motel Layovers - both ways - Bus layover on Saturday night coming to lodge and Friday night on return trip home. Rates are based on room occupancy of 2, single occupancy or special requests available at additional charge.

Method of Payment available

For your convenience we accept personal checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and travelers checks; for prepayments, deposits, or for final payment at the lodge.

Deposits & Trip Payments - $350.00

All reservations for our motor-coach trips require a $350.00 per person deposit. The deposit is applied as follows: $200.00 is applied toward the CNL reservation deposit and $150.00 applied toward motor-coach charter and services. Additional prepayments can be forwarded. The remaining balance of trip is due and payable upon invoicing and departure at Canada North Lodge.

Deposit Refund Policy:

  • The $150.00 motor-coach portion is non-refundable under any conditions.

  • A deposit refund of $200.00 will be made for cancellations received by written notice 90 days prior to departure date, after that date the $200.00 lodge deposit can be applied toward any reservation during the same year or for the following year.

  • The full deposit of $350.00 can be transferred and applied to anyone you name to replace your reservation.

  • Any prepayments made in excess of deposit on trip are fully refundable.

Not Included in Trip & Rates

  • GST & PST taxes are not included in price.
  • Meals while traveling on bus are not included in price.
  • Store bills for items purchased at CNL are not included in price.
  • Minnows and bait are not included in price.
