(OKC, OK. Trip) I-44 from Oklahoma City to Joplin,
MO - US71 from Joplin to Kansas City, I-35 to US 53 north
of Minneapolis, US 53 to International Falls. Serving Oklahoma City,
Tulsa, Kansas City, Des Moines, Minneapolis and locations on the designated
route. We will pick up anywhere on this route but reserve the right to keep the
pickup points to a minimum. If there is pickup point within 50 miles we may ask
you to meet at that location.
(Effingham,
IL. Trip) I-57 from Effingham, IL - I-74 to Bloomington, IL., I-39
to I-90 to I-94 to Eau Claire WI., US 53 to International Falls. Serving
Effingham, Champaign, Bloomington, Rockford, Madison WI. and locations on the designated
route. We will pick up anywhere on this route but reserve the right to keep the
pickup points to a minimum. If there is pickup point within 50 miles we may ask
you to meet at that location.

Pickup Point
and Time: It is our policy to announce the pickup
points and time of pickup a couple weeks prior to departure. We have found this
policy best to avoid confusion with changed times and pickup points. We will
contact you either by phone, fax or e-mail or you can give us a call no earlier
than 2 weeks prior to trip date.
Motel Layovers
- both ways -
Bus layover on Saturday night coming to lodge and Friday night on return trip
home. Rates are based on room occupancy of 2, single occupancy or special
requests available at additional charge.
Method of Payment available
For your convenience we accept personal checks,
Master Card, Visa, American Express, and travelers checks; for prepayments, deposits, or
for final payment at the lodge.
Deposits & Trip Payments - $400.00
All reservations for our motor-coach trips require a $400.00
per person deposit. The deposit is applied as follows: $250.00 is applied toward
the CNL reservation deposit and $150.00 applied toward motor-coach charter and services.
Additional prepayments can be forwarded. The remaining balance of trip is
due and payable upon invoicing and departure at Canada North Lodge.
Deposit Refund Policy:

The $150.00 motor-coach portion is non-refundable under
any conditions.

A deposit refund of $250.00 will be made
for cancellations received by written notice 90 days prior to departure date,
after that date the $250.00 lodge deposit can be applied toward any reservation during the same year or
for the following year.

The full deposit of $400.00 can be transferred and
applied to anyone you name to replace your reservation.

Any prepayments made in excess of deposit on trip are
fully refundable.
Not Included in Trip & Rates
- HST
taxes are not included in price.
- Meals while traveling on bus are not included in price.
- Store bills
for items purchased at CNL are not included in price.
- Minnows and bait are not included in price.
